As you probably know, we are taking part in the 2009 Sucata Run - a bargain basement banger rally tour where teams of up to 4 people drive to Europe's most westerly point in 4 days, in bangers costing no more than £250!
It takes place over the August bank holiday weekend (27th - 31st) and culminates at the breath taking Guincho beach on the Portuguese coast.
The tour runs from , the stunning capital of , to Cabo de Roca, Europe's most westerly in point in . On the way it passes through , the most attractive and unspoilt seaside town of , , the Spanish summer capital, and the beautiful 's original party city.
Sounds great but its not just 3 guys on a road trip... our aim is to raise £1000 (or more if you all feel very generous) for charity... whilst admittedly having a bit of fun on the way and making sure those troublesome Jocks of Hazzard boys don't cause any trouble.
First things first - sponsoring us doesn't mean you’re paying for us to go on holiday! All money raised will go directly to a charity called Gemini-.org. All costs are paid for by us (purchase of car, insurance, fuel, ferry, accommodation etc).
