IndependentAge helps older people on low incomes to live with dignity and peace of mind by providing a regular extra income, grants for emergencies, equipment to aid independence, the support and friendship of volunteers and nursing and residential care and help with fees.

Hi! we have decided to get off our bums and run the Great Capital 10k. We are also raising money for Independent Age, a charity who do lots of great work helping out neglected older people in our society. Please sponsor us what you can. Cheers, Heather and Peter
