In 2002 the world lost Alan Blaby to pancreatic cancer. My Dad, my rock, my biggest fan..there's a huge Dad shaped hole where he used to be.

It's about time I did something to get fit, but whether I can go from fat old couch potato to half marathon goddess remains to be seen. Whatever, it's worth a few quid just to see me suffer!

Pancreatic Cancer UK is the only national charity concentrating solely on pancreatic cancer that is dedicated to funding research and providing support to patients and their families.
