The charity works to increase knowledge, awareness and understanding, and campaigns for improved standards and availability of care. beat's telephone helplines take 20,000 calls a year. They support a UK-wide Self Help Network and provide awareness training across the UK.

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online. I will be running 10k on 26th May as part of the BUPA 10,000 run. Training is well underway, and your sponsorship will help motivate me!!
