Having only got involved a week or so ago obviously weeks of hard training have not gone into this! But on the day plenty of effort will go into the races - mainly to make sure I stay in the dragon boat and out of the water!

But please do support my efforts and more importantly the efforts of a charity who expend considerabe energy and resources on a daily basis to make sure orpahned elephants and rhinos get back on their feet.
