Hellohello to all family and friends! Firstly, thank you for even opening this e-mail and visiting our fundraising page! You will know at least one of us (some of you lucky ones will know us both!), we are students in Leeds and have been crayoning it up together for two years! This year, through the university's Raise and Give society, we are involved in fundraising for a charity called Project Peru. Our aim is to raise £2000 between the two of us by summer 2008, when we will be going out to an area near Lima with a leeds Peru group to volunteer in the ongoing project. The money we raise will support both Project Peru's own work in their children's refuge where we will be living, and the work they do in the wider community. We know that some of you receive a lot of these and we hate to use the cliche but literally every little helps, whether it's a pound or ten pounds (or more of course!) anything would be fantastic (and very much appreciated!) Donating through this site is very easy and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us, Project Peru will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
