London to Paris (180 miles / 290km) - Train: 2hrs 15mins; Aeroplane: 1hr 15mins; Bicycle: 3 days!
2 years ago I pestered you all for sponsorship to help the British Heart Foundation on my London to Brighton ride (http://www.justgiving.com/onhemalsbike) and you all helped me raise £750, thanks very much :). Well, now I've upped the ante... 3 times further for only double the donation. What a bargain to see me suffer, this time in aid of the NSPCC.
This ride is 3 London to Brightons back to back, taking me all the way to Paris, commencing Friday 30th July @ Crystal Palace arriving Sunday 1st August @ the Eiffel Tower. Please give what you can for a worthy cause and hope for some good weather for me!
