Sadly on 25th November 2009  Ann Joan Henderson passed away peacfuly at the Royal Berkshire Hospital aged 66 years.  She will be so sadly missed by all her family and friends.

Ann's family are wishing for donations in memory  to go to The Britsh Lung Foundation, as this will help others who suffer from COPD as Ann did.
