Our personal message:

In any developing nation, there are those who exist at the margins of society.  In Tanzanian society, they are known as the Maskini - Kiswahili for ‘poor’.  They live on the streets, are often disabled, suffering from leprosy and other disfiguring diseases. They are the lowest of the low, with no hope, no future, no rights and no means of escaping the poverty trap.

Team Schein believe there is ALWAYS hope and so we have chosen to support Bridge2Aid in rather a challenging way.  Yes, we are asking for your kind donations to help us reach our target, but in return we will take a rugged, high mountain walk over a varierty of terrains for 23.5 miles, which will take us up and over Pen-y-Ghent 694m (2277ft), Whernside 736m (2415ft) and Ingleborough 723m (2372ft).
