As many of you know, I have suffered from the chronic illness Colitis for over 10 years now.  The NACC have helped me out loads over the years and I thought it was about time I paid them back.....by doing a Shark Dive!  What was I thinking??!! 

So on th 19th August, i'll be taking to the waters of the big shark infested tank at Deep Sea World in Edinburgh...what a fun day out!?
