20 bikes, 50 teams and just 8 minutes for individuals to push themselves to their limit and see how far they can cycle.

Each individual team member has eight minutes to cycle as far as possible. This fast paced, ever so popular event will be taking place at The London Royal Exchange in the heart of the City on Friday 9th May 2014.

JDRF Diabetes is a charity that is very close to our hearts at HFG and something we are passionate about raising money for. We have entered 3 teams of 5 members of staff from HFG and not only are they competing to see who can cycle the furthest but also to see who can raise the most amount of money.  

Please donate anything you can, its all for a good cause however small the donation is it will all make a difference to the charity.
