Hold out a Hand is a South Wales-based charity set up in 2007 to provide free bereavement support. We are working to help every bereaved person to re-build a life full of opportunity and choice by helping them to find life beyond their grief. PLEASE HELP US TO HELP THE BEREAVED. Thank you.
