My story

 
Dear all,

Last year around the same time I was suffering from what doctors called "stress induced asthma".  Don't ask me what it means.  The only thing I remember was that I couldn't run more than 3 or 4 minutes.  A burning sensation in my chest would quickly stop me.  Today, I am grateful that I run every morning for an hour or more.  And this September I aim to complete my first long distance run.  So, please sponsor me in Great North!  (I will send you pictures. ;-)

As for my sponsor, my mother has suffered from Arthritis for as long as I remember.  Your sponsorship also means a big boost for ARC!
