About the charity
Ireland Air Ambulance are launching Ireland's first Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) in mid-2009. Covering 19 counties of Ireland (from Galway across to Dublin upto the North Coast) their free to user service is being funded entirely by donations received from the general public and local businesses.
