Okay ... I've decided!! I don't ride my bike enough and it's just sitting in the garage gathering dust. 3,500 miles in 4 years is just NOT enough! So ...
I have decided to Ride as much as I can. I will be riding to work, hopefully at least once a week, and going out more at weekends!
I am asking you to sponsor me to encourage me to ride ... I am reducing congestion and lowering my carbon tyre-print by using my bike instead of the car so please help me and donate to this worthy cause.
Young people with autism face a huge struggle when it comes to finding paid employment. The Supported Employment Project at Meadowhall provides support for young people with autistic spectrum disorders to enable them to access paid employment.
The charity recieves no government funding and is totally reliant on charitable donations and grants from other charitable organisations. We are in the position where our funding will run out in less than 16 months time and our two full-time support staff will lose their jobs and the young people will lose their support.
One months support costs the charity £3,500 ... so please help ... if only to get me out on my bike more!!
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: King Ecgbert Integrated Resource will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
So please sponsor me now!
Many thanks for your support.
