Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page. Anyone who knows me realises I have to work hard to keep the Palmer tummy at bay, so it's time for another marathon challenge, well half actually.
My chosen charity this time round is The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association. A guide dog can make an amazing difference to the life of a blind or partially-sighted person. Without any support from the government or NHS, The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association are completely dependent on charitable donations. Guide dogs are highly trained working animals but they don’t come cheap. During its lifetime a guide dog for the blind will cost about £35,000.
So, any donation no matter how small would be highly appreciated. I promise I won't ask again for a while.
