As most people visiting this page will know, a very good friend of mine had a stroke at the end of last year. He has made a full recovery, and now is back to sailing, surfing, biking, skiiing and now running, so a group of his mates are running the Bristol half Marathon to raise money for the Stroke Association, to celebrate his recovery.  I'm working hard training to get a good time, so its great that you are helping me to raise my target and support this very worthy cause.
