My personal message:

Yes its true! I have been bribed and blackmailed into taking part in a quiet jog through London with thousands of other people. The problem is these other people have all been in training for months and its only just dawned on me I have less than 100 days to get a lifetimes training in. To say it is a struggle would be a huge understatement!!

It is all for an extremely worthy cause however and I would be very grateful if you would make my final wish come true (As many of you think I will die) by helping me raise the £2000 necessary. If I can struggle through a week pounding the streets of London carrying tonnes of overweight could you please see it in your wallets and purses to help.
