With only six weeks to go the need to increase our training is beyond a joke! However, thankfully the sponsorship is going far better than the training so you'll see we've upped our target a bit... x

So, we've finally taken the plunge and signed up for the Inca Trail. Apparently we should have started our training ages ago, but we were too busy eating turkey and mince pies... We need to get moving, and fast!
The trek is about 67km (roughly 42 miles) in 5 days, it'll be seriously hilly, and it's a long way above sea level too so the air's thin...
We want to raise at least £4,000 to help a great charity and hope you can help us in some way.
