SVR is a national charity supporting independent living for the ex-Service community and their spouses in need. SVR provides full board, en-suite, single-room accommodation and provides emotional and practical assistance when required. It is dedicated to the residents and works towards enabling them to live with privacy, dignity and independence.
Our aim is to ultimately raise a terrific £70,000 for Scottish Veterans Residences.
SVR is Scotland's oldest ex-service charity, founded in 1910 to support independent living for ex-service men and women and their spouses of all ages.
The charity operates in close association with Scottish Veterans' Housing Association Ltd which owns and manages the two main residences of Whitefoord House located on Edinburgh's historic Royal Mile and Rosendael situated in Broughty Ferry, Dundee.
We are planning a number of innovative fundraising initiatives throughout the course of the year which will include fantastic promotions through both our catalogue and website www.innerleithen.tv
