Cataracts are the worlds leading cause of blindness, some 20 million people are blind as a result. Cataracts cannot be prevented, but can be treated simply and cheaply. Great causes seeks to help as many people as possible through the generosity of it friends and business colleagues.

30 of us at Instant Offices Group are completing the London Triathlon on 4th August 2007 Docklands in London.  Participants include Rob Hamilton, Paul Bolden, Paul Clifford, Elaine Cochrane, Dillon Rudd, Jack Brockway, Matt Watts, Sarah Goodhew, Lance Wood, Cheryll Wood, Tom Sleigh, Henry Jewell, Joe Smith, Paul Wright, Susan Booth, Oliver Escritt, Mary Proto, Gavin Chan & Greg Duncan.

We are raising money for Great Causes a Great charity that can restore sight for as little as £3.
