Cyclists belonging to Bromley Rugby Club are cycling for charity. This is the 16th year the team have taken on a cycling challenge and have previously supported some well deserved causes including The Meningitis Trust, British Heart Foundation and a cancer ward at their local hospital. This year the lads will be raising money for The Cicely Foundation and in particular donations for Demelza House a residential hospice for children based in Kent.
Paul Collins, Ron Arnold, Glen Ralph, Mike Murphy, Steve Wardingley and Pete Simpson make up the 4 cyclists and support crew. They will be attempting to cycle from Malin Head, the most northerly part of Ireland to the most southerly point at Mizen Head. This journey will be approximately 400 miles and they aim to cover this in just 5 days!
The cyclists welcome any support in the form of cheers on route, drinks or companion cyclists but most of all please make a donation to support this excellent cause.
