Story

2 men, 2 bikes, 2 laps, 75 mountainous miles…

So you’ve heard of the Isle of Man TT, right? Well now there’s the CC. That’s the Isle of Man Cycle Challenge. And on the 27 September 2014, we’re doing it.

Yep, instead of chilling on motorbikes being thrust around the island by a powerful engine, we’ll be chafing on pedal bikes, being pushed around the island by our not so powerful legs.

Twice.

Because we’re doing not one but two gruelling laps of the famous Mountain Course. (No, we’re not quite sure why either).

Covering 75 mountainous miles and with a total climb of over 5,600ft, it’s fair to say it’s going to be hard. Real hard.

But that’s okay, because ‘go hard or go home’ is how that annoying saying goes. And more importantly, we’re doing it for a VERY worthy cause.

St Ann’s Hospice – the official charity of LateRooms.com.

They do amazing work caring for and helping people (and their families) who have cancer and other life-limiting illnesses.

Just to keep up their fantastic care they have to raise £16,000 EVERY DAY. Wow. That’s a ridiculous amount.

So we want to help with that.

No actually, we want YOU to help US to help with that.

So here’s another saying:

Dig deep or dig…”

Um, well okay, just ‘dig deep’ then – to sponsor us. And let’s help contribute as much as we can to this brilliant charity and the invaluable support they provide.

Thank you very much.
