My friend Gail died in January this year waiting for a liver transplant, she had already had one previously which gave her 10+ years, but unfortunately when she needed another liver there was not one available.

Gail was 37 years old, a mother of two and happliy married.

Jacqui is my best friend, 37 years old and will need a heart transplant, I just hope that one will be available for her when she needs it.

That's why I am raising money for The Transplant Trust

The Transplant Trust is a charity that promotes organ donation and also raisies funds for research into organ donations and receiving a transpalnts. I will  be running several races over the next 4 months and totalling over 36k in distance, and I will be very greatful for all donations received, if you are a UK tax payer please tick the gift aid box and and extra 28% can be added to the funds raised.
