On July 6th 2008 I am taking part in a sponsored abseil from the top of Guys hospital (one of the tallest hospital towers in the world) proceeds will go to Springboard for children, which I believe is an amazing charity helping children in inner City schools with learning difficulties to improve their literacy skills.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Springboard For Children gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now! It is such a fantastic way to help children with learning difficulties who don't have the opportunities that some of us have and often taken for granted.  Remember literacy helps build confidence!
