I have decided to do it for a charity which is my local hospice St Vincents in Howwood who depend greatly on support from the local community. I know every penny counts just now for everyone but if you could just donate a couple of pounds every little helps. I also have a sponsorship form if anyone prefers to put to that you can ket me know. With this being my first marathon I`m training very hard up to 5 times a week hail rain or snow I`m finding it actually quite enjoyable for just now not sure that will last forever as the longer miles {18-22} come in. I will keep you all posted with any updates and inform you of my progress. Thank you James.</p>
