Easy guys! Im doing a 10K charity run round London for my Dad on July 12th and really need your help.
My Dad suffers from Multiple Sclerosis, its pretty nasty. I love him and want to help in anyway I can. He attends an MS therapy group at a place called the Samson Centre. The Government gives the centre sweet FA so it is 100% self-funded and totally reliant on donations.
At the centre my Dad and other MS sufferers get therapy, physio, practical help and plastered during late night champagne fulled parties, dancing isnt compulsory. All the money I raise goes straight to them, so please give as much as you can its really appreciated.
If I make it back in time will hopefully see some of you for The Happy Mondays and a messy one at Guilfest.
