Jersey Hospice Care provides an invaluable support to those suffering from Cancer and Motor Neurone diseases, as well as providing counseling and support for their families. In addition to palliative care and a community bereavement service, Jersey Hospice Care offers a comprehensive range of therapies to patients, including lymphoedema therapy, physiotherapy, reflexology, acupuncture and aromatherapy.

My story

After a couple of injuries I have done little exercise for a year and gained a lot (of fat!), its time to do something about it...........and hopefully raise a lot of money for charity (mate) at the same time.

I have decided to raise money for Jersey Hospice as they have played a significant part in my life over the last ten years and the commitment the team shows is incredible.

I am doing a number of events over the next few months to try and raise as much as possible before the end of the year. I hope you will be able to support me
