Sarah and James have decided to run the London marathon in April 2009 - but we can't do it without your help! Sarah will be running for Mencap, and I've chosen to run for BBACT (Blind Business Association Charitable Trust) - a charity that supports people who are visually impaired to start up their own business. (www.bbact.org.uk)

I need to raise £1,200 and therefore any support you can give me - no matter how big or small - can really help!
