Iain Rennie Hospice at Home works regularly with Jamie and me. They have done more than anyone to help us access help and circumvent red tape. Most importantly, they're always there at the end of the phone ready to listen, and they have truly kept us happy, safe and secure. Unlike practically everyone else, they always do what they say they're going to do.
Jenny, Liz and the rest of the team have made all the difference. Please help them to carry on their important work, not only for Jamie but for all the other children in the Chilterns area who don't deserve the hands they've been dealt.
