With a crew strong of five lads, we were ready to raise a lot for charity, but with unfortunates events like injury and bad luck, it is going to be Jan Zajackowski and Simon Dides only on the starting line. We made it to there without injury last year, and are willing to do so again. The line at the other end is another story, and hopefully Simon will be strong enough this time to follow Jan,and give a decent time to their friends Eric, Stephane and Xavier who can not run it, and to the kids who need that precious help more than anything else. The training during those cold rainy, windy winter months is hard, sweaty, stinky, muddy and make us swear a little bit some times, but it will be well worth it. Since a few years, Simon’s cousin has been confined to a wheelchair, but he is enjoying life and is ready to face new challenges. GET KIDS GOING! was an obvious choice of charity and, Frenchmen though we may be, we are proud to be helping disabled British kids. (FYG: 3,200 GBP would buy a sports wheelchair for a youngster who dreams of being a Paralympic champion!) Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Get Kids Going! will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
So please sponsor us now!
Many thanks for your support.
