Dear All
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Having successfully trekked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in September 2009, I have decided to do a second Challenge! This time I intend to take part in a spectacular hike in the Annapurna region of Nepal in April 2011, the highlight of which will be a hike to the summit of Poon Hill.
I hope to raise £3,000 to raise funds to train puppies to become assistance dogs. These amazing dogs offer confidence, companionship and independence to disabled people across the UK. In addition they can also help children with autism, which in turn can help the whole family.
Every dog is trained to help with everyday tasks such as opening doors, or retrieving dropped items which may have rolled out of reach such as car keys or a mobile phone.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Thank you very much to everyone who came on my Sponsored Dog Walk along Bexhill seafront on 20th June. This was very successful and everyone (humans and dogs!) thoroughly enjoyed themselves. I'm still waiting for the sponsorship money to come in, but I'll let you know the final amount raised as soon as I can.
So please dig deep and donate now.
Many thanks to you all.
Love Jane xx
