You will not believe it, but I have volunteered to run 5km and cycle 10km in aid of Help for Heroes at our local gym.

I know that this is a time when lots of people are asking for Sponsorship for numerous worthy causes.  Help for Heroes is a charity close to my heart, especially as so many of my friends are involved in UK Military Operations overseas.  We must help our Heroes who are recovering from the most horrific and disfiguring injuries.
