It's that time of the year again!!!  My 30+ mile cycle ride.Thank you all so much for sponsoring me for the past 3 years. Last year I raised the massive amount of £1245 through your very generous sponsorship and support. I really hope to match that amount this year, but of course it would be even better if I could raise LOADS more!!! By riding in Capital to Coast I am raising money for 4 worthy charities to help children and adults with learning and physical disabilities: Norwood, Cystic Fibrosis Trust, Down's Syndrome Association and Southern FM's Help a Local Child.
