What is Jan up to now?  Training hard…. for fun, of course not. On 29th September I am planning to climb Killimanjaro - Africa's highest peak. I am joining The New Victoria Medical Foundation (NVMF) team and we are aiming to raise £100,000 so that the foundation can continue to provide medical support to help improve the lives of those in most need. All their work is brilliant but the part that really inspires me is their work providing Mobility Aids for Children.  I am so fortunate to have been able to achieve the mad ventures that I have and when I look at my little granddaughter who is so fit and active I want to give thanks in the only way I know…. getting out and hurting while at the same time having a brilliant experience with other mad, no sorry, likeminded people.
