Hello, and thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm back running again after a back problem and coursework prevented me from doing much for nearly a year and am taking part in my 3rd Great South Run, this time to support the work of the Samson Centre in Guildford which is a voluntary initiative of the MS Therapy Group (Guildford). Their main objective is to establish and maintain a day-centre dedicated to the treatment and support of Multiple Sclerosis in West Surrey; a place where a readily accessible and cost effective source of conventional and complementary therapies and counselling is available to help sufferers, their families and carers manage the physical and emotional difficulties that arise following diagnosis, during relapses and the progression of the condition. Having seen their work in action I know what a valuable resource the Samson Centre is for all those affected by M.S.

I am extremely grateful to all those who have supported my previous running madness! I know that there are daily requests from charities in the post and other pressures on finances particularly in the current climate, so any donation no matter how small will be very greatly appreciated.
