We are so very lucky to have a happy, beautiful, but most importantly healthy baby daughter. Some families are not so lucky and their babies are born very prematurely or with life threatening conditions.We are hoping to raise £150 for Scoo-B-Doo who raise funds for the Special Care Baby Unit at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital. For more than 20 years they have helpd to buy the best and most advanced equipment helping babies in need of extra special care. So instead of buying Jasmine a christening gift we would invite you to make a donation to this charity so that other babies get the best possible chance of life.
As you can see the equipment used in the Special Care Baby Unit doesn't come cheap, so please dig deep and donate now.
The cost of essential equipment:
- Incubator – £15,000 – £18,000
- Ventilator – £20,000 – £25,000
- Monitor – £3,000 – £7,000
