As a regular cyclist, runner, golfer, footballer, hill walker, rambler and user of Hertfordshire's vast road network it is vital that in an emergency I (or anyone else for that matter) can be reached quickly. Sometimes a 'normal' ambulance can't get to certain areas (too remote, traffic build up etc) so in these circumstances The Herts Air Ambulance provides an essential, life-saving service.
