As you will know , Julia finally lost her battle with MS on 27 December 2006 . In the end she passed peacefully in her sleep with her family around her . Throughout her illness we , her immediate family have been struck by the paucity of care , especially residential care, available to MS sufferers. We would like to change that .

 We have an ambitous target of £ 100,000 in a year , and need your help . We will also be organising events to boost this appeal
