I like to run. I like to run a long way. Well, I'm not saying I enjoy it always at the time, but afterwards it gives me a warm glow. I worry that I might be addicted to running, but I find that running takes my mind off it...

When I'm not enjoying it half way round, I like to think about the sponsorship I'd be losing if I stopped and asked for a hug.

I have a friend, who's part of the North East group of Tourettes Action, and it would be great to help the group out.
