My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I will be running The Great West Run Half Marathon on Sunday May 6th in Exeter to raise funds for RoadPeace (the national charity for road crash victims) My 17 year old son Ben was killed by a speeding driver in July 2003 and I am running in his memory.
The small team at RoadPeace is very dedicated and works tirelessly for the benefit of others. You never know when you might need their help, probably the most dangerous thing that you do today will be to get behind the wheel of your car, please drive carefully.

Many many thanks to everybody who has kindly donated. All of the monies are now in. Royal Mail my employer kindly fund match up to a cap of £200 so the grand total will be £945 + gift aid. I really appreciate everybodies help in raising funds in memory of Ben for RoadPeace

RoadPeace also campaigns for justice for victims and road danger reduction policies that champion the needs of vulnerable road users. RoadPeace won the Guardian Charity Award winners in 2008. Help us make the world a safer and fairer place.
