The Triathlon is all about endurance.  1.5 mile swim; 25 mile cycle and a 6 mile run. I am hoping to complete the triathlon in approx. 3 hours.  It is a tremendous ordeal and will take its toll on both body and mind, but from start to finish, 3 hours and it will all be over!

Kisharon is a great charity.  For the people at Kisharon who are provided for, life is about endurance too.  For the people who use the services of Kisharon and for their families, the race is not over after 3 hours.  Often each day requires a test of endurance long before most of us get up and long after most of us go to bed.

To take part in the triathlon is both an honour and a privilege.  To raise vital monies for Kisharon, to enhance the good work it already does is also an honour and privilege.
