Thanks so much for visiting my fund raising page. Please sponsor me.. I have agreed to run 10km again in June for my great friend Helen's charity LA VIDA who provide vital Investment for Development Aid in Latin America..

We ran last year in just under an hour and i am no runner!! So hoping to run faster by a few minutes at least!!

The easiest way to sponsor is online; it is a totally secure method of donating. If you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you..so even more funds for La Vida's projects.
