At the beginning of October I am embarking on a 300 + km bike ride through Tanzania, starting at Dar es Salaam and finishing 5 days later at the foot of the Ulguru Mountains outside Morogoro. The challenge is all off road and there will be few creature comforts - the accomodation for 5 nights is under canvas, but it is a for a very good cause - The International Childcare Trust (ICT)
