I have foolishly undertaken the challenge of completing the UK Ironman Triathlon on August 19th, this event starts with a 2.4 mile swim followed by 112 mile bike and 26 mile run. The time limit is 17 hours and the UK course  is generally thought to be one of the most difficult in the world so I am expecting a lot of pain!

I am undertaking this challenge in aid of The John Merricks Sailing Trust which does extremely valuable work helping young sailors to reach their potential so please dig deep and sponsor me online and help me raise as much money as possible for the John Merricks Sailing Trust.
