I am taking part in the challenge of London to Brighton which is approx 100km/60miles and hope to succeed in a good time with as much ran as possible. I have chosen to do this challenge with two of my clients/friends: Karen Platts and Lucy Scott Austwick to raise money for different charities that have personal meaning and are close to our hearts as individuals. 

Personally I am jumping into this challenge feet first in the memory of: my nan who is sadly missed every day along with others who have lost a loved one.
