My story
Thank you for taking the time to visit my justgiving page :-)
I am raising money for Velindre Cancer Centre in Cardiff in memory of my father - Alan. Velindre is a specialist cancer hospital that treats patients from the whole of Wales. My father recieved excellent treatment and care there during his battle with a rare form of cancer before he passed away at the age of 49.
In order to say 'Thank You' to the hospital and to help other people, myself, family and friends have been participating in events to raise much needed funds for the hospital. We have held auctions, participated in the Cardiff Half Marathon and walked Snowdon.
This year I will be running the Swansea Bay 10k and participating in the Cardiff Half Marathon (having said 'Never Again' after running last year)! I will also be running the Sospan Road Runners Multi- Terrain 10 mile run.
Please help us reach our target :-)

Yr wyf yn codi arian ar gyfer Canolfan Ganser Felindre yng Nghaerdydd er cof am fy nhad - Alan. Mae Felindre yn ysbyty arbenigwr canser sy'n trin cleifion o Gymru gyfan. Roedd fy nhad wedi dderbyniwyd triniaeth a gofal ardderchog yno yn ystod ei frwydr yn erbyn math prin o ganser cyn iddo farw yn 49 oed.
Er mwyn ddweud 'Diolch' i'r ysbyty ac i helpu pobl eraill, rydw i, fy nheulu a ffrindiau wedi bod yn cymryd rhan mewn digwyddiadau i godi arian ei angen ar gyfer yr ysbyty. Rydym wedi cynnal arwerthiannau, cymryd rhan yn y Hanner Marathon Caerdydd a cherdded Yr Wyddfa.
Eleni, byddaf yn rhedeg y ras 10k Bae Abertawe a chymryd rhan yn y Hanner Marathon Caerdydd (ar ôl dweud 'Dim eto' ar ôl rhedeg y llynedd)!
