Dear Friends and Family

As some of you know I have been busy doing some work for Grove House Hospice in St Albans - an amazing place where they do amazing things every day to help people living with cancer. You can't put a price on the things they do and the difference they make to people's lives - well actually you can they need to raise £1.5million each year.

This year they are having a jingle bell jog which involves a family fun run around the lake in the local park. Or in our case will involve two adults chasing after Matthew and Rachel and stopping the smallest one from falling into the lake!

Mark is coming along to see the lovely Sarah Jane Honeywell start the race and look after the two little reindeer.
