Veniņos - Venezuelan Children In Need - is a UK registered charity dedicated to improving the lives of street and shantytown children in urban Venezuela. It has no religious or political affiliation.The funds raised by Veniņos will be used to support projects run by well respected non government organisations operating in Venezuela.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

You probably can't escape from the fact that I've decided to try and run, or at least complete, the Loch Ness Marathon on 5 October.  Once the run is done, I promise not to talk about running any more!!

It would be great if you could sponsor me. I'm running for Veninos, a Venezuelan children's charity, because, as you know, I have a passion for Latin America and I am constantly moved by the situation street kids find themselves in over there.

Thanks all for your support and generosity - remember, every penny helps, and if you work in the UK, tick the gift aid box!
