i am hoping to raise money for a charity called AYME which helps and supports young people who suffer with an illness called M.E/CFS which i have had for three years.

the charity is free for anyone under 25 to join. where they can network with other M.E sufferers and find people who really understand them.
this is a lifeline for so many of us as M.E is such a misunderstood illness.
it also provides much needed information and support.

i wouldnt be here today if God hadnt shown me this charity. it has given me some amazing and supportive friends(yay jenni and lisa!!)

so for lent i shall be giving up three things!

1) FACEBOOK!! il be getting someone to be admin for here :)
facebook is such a valuable tool for me as i am mainly housebound so its a means of staying in touch with so many of you and feeling like i am still a part of this world.
so please keep in touch in other ways!!!

2) FREECYCLE!! i am addicted and i am a horder so this will hopefully help me stop hording!!
it is also weirdly something ive loved being a part of as its a little community and you get great stuff for free!!

3)this is something i'm doing between me and God but believe me its going to be VERY challenging and hard! anhy money that comes from it ill be donating too :)

So please sponsor me now as this charity has honestly saved me when i was in a very lonely place.
